What Headset Does Dr. Disrespect Use?

Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2

Hear Everything. Defeat Everyone!

The Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 is the latest premium gaming headset for all gaming platforms from PC to console. It features an all-new modern style with a flip-to-mute mic and an abundance of features, including Windows Sonic surround sound, Active Noise Cancellation, Bluetooth connectivity, and much more. Your games will never sound the same again.

The Bluetooth system’s stability, which never dropped out during our testing, was one of our favorite features. I liked the cool gel pads since they kept my ears from sweating during the game. Most importantly, all the testers agreed that the microphone’s sound quality was excellent.

Sound Quality

The Stealth 700 Gen 2’s sound quality is impressive, mainly when listening to music. Bass performance is strong, with a good level of thump, but the headphones are also clear in the mids and highs.

They can provide a decent amount of volume without distortion over Bluetooth. The headset does a great job emphasizing the rumble of bass guitar during 311’s “Amber.” In music, a sound profile like this is ideal for EDM and other genres where loud, dominant bass tones are desired.

Users can take advantage of extra volume and Superhuman Hearing Mode when connected using their USB Transmitter. PS4 and PC platforms only support this feature; the latter offers you the ability to boost everything from footsteps to weapon reloads while playing games.

Battery Life

Turtle Beach claims that the Stealth 700 Gen 2 can run for up to 20 hours on a single charge, but our tests revealed that it lasts significantly longer. The headset lasted 35 hours and 24 minutes on a single charge at a continuous output of 75dB. This is 75 percent longer than claimed, but it’s also one of the best battery results we’ve seen in a gaming headset.

What Headset Did Dr. Disrespect Use Previously?

Turtle Beach Elite Atlas Aero

Dr. Disrespect’s gaming headset was the Turtle Beach Elite Atlas Aero, a premium wireless headset designed for PC gamers and streamers. However, compared with the new one that he is using now, it seems that the new one outweighs the previous one.

The Turtle Beach Elite Atlas Aero wireless headset has one significant flaw: its appearance. It isn’t the most appealing of all the possibilities in the same category. So if you’re a sucker for beauty and refinement, this won’t sit well with you.

Sound Quality

The Turtle Beach Elite Atlas offers a more accurate radio than most gaming headsets. It means that all genres should come through very clearly. However, it doesn’t have impressive sound quality, such as bass not interrupting sounds like the Stealth 700 Gen 2.

Moreover, many customer reviews have focused on the Turtle Beach Elite Atlas Aero’s microphone’s poor quality. It appears that the microphone’s quality may need to be improved.

Battery Life

You will need to recharge it after 30 hours using. However, compared to the Stealth 700 Gen 2, it slightly equals each other in this aspect.

So as I mentioned above, If you love the features, the sound quality, or the long battery life, you should consider the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2. This is an excellent wireless gaming headset. Like most Turtle Beach headsets, it has decent sound, an accurate microphone, and a comfy frame for an extended gaming session.

The Superhuman Hearing feature is odd, but other than that, this is a decent gaming headset. We haven’t had a chance to test it out on the PlayStation 5, but if it works as well as anywhere else, you won’t be disappointed.
